Patient Complaint Procedure
We value your feedback and strive to provide excellent care. If you have a concern about your therapy services, here's how to file a complaint:
Verbally: Speak directly to your therapist or the clinic manager.
In Writing: Submit a written complaint to the clinic manager.
Your complaint will be acknowledged promptly and investigated by a staff member not involved in the situation. You'll receive a written response outlining the investigation and any actions taken.
Confidentiality: All complaints will be treated confidentially.
If you're not satisfied with the clinic's response, you may contact your therapist's professional association or relevant healthcare regulatory body.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate you scheduling an appointment with our clinic. To ensure we can provide the best service for all patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation.
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
Please call us at [Phone Number] or reply to your confirmation email to reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Warning: A verbal or written warning will be issued, outlining the behaviour and the consequences of further incidents.
